I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida, Tampa. I have my undergraduate degree in Interdiscipinary Studies my undergraduate thesis was in eating disorders and wilderness therapy.

Since 2013 I’ve built my career from the ground up. I began a caregiver for older adults, then I served in a mental health crisis unit, and then getting my Masters in Social Work. Now I work counseling virtually and in-person. My diverse experience has given me strong skills in my field and a practical understanding of what helps people cope and change.

I specialize in well-established, successful and proven approaches which can help cope with stress and anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, and build healthier relationships. I work with a total range of clients from adolescents to seniors and I tailor treatment to each and every individual client.
